Returns

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. We will work to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product.
Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
